The Organic Food Chain Pty Ltd (OFC) is an approved certifying body recognised by the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry under the Export Control (Organic Goods) Rules 2021.
OFC is accredited to ISO/IEC 17065 with JAS-ANZ.

If you need help interpreting something in the National Standard for Organic and Bio-Dynamic Produce, you can ask DAFF! They have an online form.
Questions will be sent to the National Standard Advisory Committee (NSAC) for review.
What is the NSAC? They are a technical committee who provide DAFF with advice and recommendations relating to the National Standard. You can find out what the NSAC does here.
All questions and answers will be publicly released. Any commercial-in-confidence information submitted as part of an application must be clearly marked. If information is marked as commercial-in-confidence, this information will remain with the department and the NSAC. It will not be released to industry.

The Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry has issued a new Industry Advice Notice.
This notice is applicable to any individual or entity that performs work for, or on behalf of, the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry. This includes contractors, consultants, third-party providers, Export Industry Participants and Approved Arrangements.
