Levels of Regenerative Certification
Certification is to the Regeneration International Standard. Operators will be subject to at least one inspection per calendar year to determine compliance to this Standard. Operators must review their Regenerative Agriculture Management Plan each year and record the improvements made in each section.
Three levels of regenerative certification are available, with eligibility determined by the type of operation you have and the products you intend to sell. All levels of certification are valid in domestic and international markets.

| Applies to agricultural production.
In the process of meeting all of the requirements of the Standard. There is no set period for operators to transition to Regenerative A Grade. However, all operators certified to Regenerative In Transition must outline time frames and methods for eliminating prohibited inputs and practices. This should be revised annually, with an emphasis on continual improvement. Can use the Certified Regenerative In Transition label. |
Applies to agricultural production.
Meeting all of the requirements of the Standard. Can use the Certified Regenerative A Grade label. |
Specifically for products, not agricultural production.
Products made mostly of certified regenerative ingredients can use the Made with Regenerative A Grade or Made with Regenerative In Transition labels, as applies. This must be the same as the Made with Organic criteria outlined in the National Standard for Organic and Bio-Dynamic Produce. The processor must be certified to the National Standard for Organic and Bio-Dynamic Produce. Can use the Certified Regenerative Made With label. |
